This study aims to develop and evaluate the accounting management system for the Seeds of Faith in Morong, Rizal. School Year 2014-2015. Likewise the said study also focuses from manual usage to computer utilization and innovation. Furthermore it also aimed to determine the level of acceptability of the developed system in terms of accuracy, applicability, user-friendliness, workability, completeness, portability and modifiability, standard questionnaire checklist was utilized as the main tool to determine the aforementioned variables. Respondents from the said study came from two department of the School, the registry department and parcel department respectively. This includes the officer-in-charge or clerks and other knowledgeable employees. A total of 100% of IT Instructor from the College of Computer Studies in the University of Rizal System Binangonan Campus were also asked to participate to test the workability and efficiency of the proposed system. A standardized questionnaire checklist was used in evaluating the level of acceptability of the development and evaluation of accounting management system for seeds of faith in terms of Accuracy, Speed, Usability, Effectiveness, Security, Workability, and Portability which obtained means of 4.44, 4.45, 4.32, 4.37, 4.10, 4.42, 4.56 respectively. Based from the summary of findings, the study found out that the developed system was "Strongly Acceptable" because it registered a weighted mean of 4.38 in terms of accuracy, speed, usability, effectiveness, security, workability and portability. With that, the developed system can be used by the authorized persons of the Seeds of Faith to improve its service functions. Based in the evaluation of the system, the researchers would like to recommend that the future researchers should consider improving the developed system on the aspect of security in terms of protection from viruses to further enhance or improve the Accounting Management System. The developed Accounting Management System can be implemented by the respondents to improve their accounting process. Similar study may be conducted to measure the impact of Accounting Management System on areas of accounting process.
