The study was conducted to be able to analyze and evaluate the Accounting Practices of Small-Scale Manufacturing Businesses (Garments) in Taytay, Rizal for the Calendar Year 2016. The researchers came up with 118 registered small-scale manufacturing business engaged in garments industry in Taytay, Rizal and have 30 respondents as the representative of each barangays who are involved in the garments industry and used a questionnaire checklist as an instrument. The descriptive method was used in which One-Way ANOVA was applied. vii It may be gleaned from the respondents' profile that a huge percentage of the respondents are adult, majority are female who are college degree holders, who are dominated by the owner/manager of the small-scale manufacturing business engaged in garment industry. It commonly had a small number of employees which existed for about 12 Years and counting with an initial capital of P80,000.00 and above, and had an income ranging from P250,000.00 and above. With regards to the hypothesis formulated by the researchers, there is no significant difference on the respondents profile except from educational attainment of the respondents. For the respondents' perception, it revealed that they usually exercised an accounting practice with the grand mean of of 4.1267, it meets the verbal interpretation of "Very Often". In addition to that, there is no significant difference on the business' profile except from tha capital of the respondents. With the gathered information, the researchers came up with the following recommendations. The researchers would like to recommend that every transaction should be posted from journal to ledger and have it available whenever the records are needed. Following the proper accounting policies and have it faithfully presented. The researchers would also like to suggest that the business should identify accounting estimates and maintained their book of accounts. Over and above, the business long-term objectives should try to achieve and continuously improve in which the business will undergo.
