EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This study aimed to develop Encounter Rizal at its best through mobile technology specifically intended for Tourist and Tourism Offices Employees of seven (7) chosen Municipalities out if 14 in Rizal Province during Academic Year 2018-2019. The respondent of the study were twenty (20) employees and one hundred (100) tourists were selected through purposive quota sampling technique to determine the target population involved in the study. The developed system is created in Unity and use C# as the programming language. The researchers also use Lightroom CC to edit pictures and Pics Art for the other layout used in the system. The researchers found out that the developed system was Strongly Accepted in terms of accuracy, applicability, user-friendliness, workability, completeness, portability, modifiability and clarity. Based on findings and conclusion, the researchers recommended the system can lessen tourist struggle when it comes in finding tourist attractions by towns of Rizal in the Philippines. It can help them to know more about the places, and as well as foods, culture and tradition in the Province. Also, output of the studies may serve as a reference for future researchers. Follow-up study should be conducted for further enhancement of the system.
