Executive Summary: This study was conducted to determine the acceptability of the developed Multimedia presentation in teaching selected topics in Mathematics for Grade 1 using Mother Tongue-Based Multilingual Education. The research was conducted during the academic year 2015-2016 among the Grade I, II and III teachers of the selected schools in Morong District who served as evaluators of the material. This study used descriptive method of research with the aid of a researcher's-made questionnaire checklist as tool in measuring the acceptability of the material. The statistical treatment used was mean to determine the levels of acceptability of the materials. The study revealed that the level of acceptability of the developed multimedia presentation in selected topics in Mathematics for Grade 1 using Mother Tongue-Based Multilingual Education with regards to objectives, content, language used and organization and presentation was Very Much Accepted. Based from the findings, it was concluded that the multimedia presentation possessed the characteristic of a good instructional material in teaching Mathematics 1. The study therefore recommended the use of the multimedia presentation in teaching Mathematics to motivate and enrich the learner's performance in the subject; improve the multimedia presentation to make it more appealing and effective so that the teacher and learner will achieve the targeted goal, and conduct
