The respondents were forty (40) students of Drafting Technology from first year to fourth year and ten (10) Instructor of Drafting Technology using convenience sampling techniques in selecting the respondents. The findings revealed that, the acceptability of the develop Drawing Instrument Organizer in terms of functionality, found to be very much functional while the Existing Drawing Instrument Organizer found moderately functional. In terms of usability, the Drawing Instrument Organizer found to be very much usable while the Existing Drawing Instrument Organizer found to be moderately safe and maintainable. Lastly, In terms of durability the Drawing Instrument Organizer found to be very much durable while the existing Drawing Instrument Organizer found less durable. Based on the result, it is concluded that the drawing instrument organizer which is designed and constructed out of affordable and locally available materials, found to be effective and extremely accepted and it has a significant difference in terms of functionality, usability, safety and maintainability and durability, thus null hypothesis is rejected and verbally interpreted as significant and it attained its function based on the objectives of the study. Based from the result of the evaluation done by the respondents, the study arrived with different recommendations that could be used for the improvement of the project; The University should allocate funds for research work engaged in the designing of modern furniture further study considering other variables. Change the storage paper and find much better stretchable folding materials. Increase the sharpness of the steel edging to prevent scratchers. Organizer must have a soften weight.
