EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This study entitled "Analysis of Input-Output Matrix of Coconut Products" was conducted during the academic year 2015-2016 in University of Rizal System-Morong Rizal. The purpose of the study is to show hoe Leontief's input-output analysis can be useful in real life situations. The libraries in the University of Rizal System-Morong were utilized for this study, and made a validated questionnaire to gather the needed data or information. Out of curiosity about the existing application of input-output analysis, the researchers planned and analyzed the study, it uses and application. The researchers gathered information and data to be able to construct and finish chapters 1 and 2. After that the researches defended their study. For the completion of the research, researchers solved the stated problem in the study which is to find the solution for the wasted leftovers of coconut products where it is the basis to construct the matrix with an analysis of Leontief's input-output model, and then careful analysis was made. From the analysis made, the researchers concluded that to prevent leftovers waste the procedures must produce enough products to satisfy the demand of their consumers so that the products becomes profitable. In this regard, the researchers recommended that further study may be conducted for confirmation of the result.
