EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The main purpose of this study was to develop Interactive E-bulletin Application to determine its acceptability as to its accuracy, applicability, user-friendliness, workability, completeness, portability, modifiability and clarity. This was undertaken in the College of Science, University of Rizal System Morong Campus during the first semester of SY 2017-2018. This covered selected students of College of Science. The respondents of the study was selected through random sampling technique for the total of sixty (60) in this particulary study. The researchers used an adopted questionnaire checklist to measure the acceptability of the developed Interactive E-bulletin Application. The researchers used descriptive method of research in gathering data and information to attain the desired evaluation of acceptability of the developed program. Weighted mean was used to determine the level of acceptability of the developed interactive e-bulleting application. To test the significant difference between the perception of the respondent to the developed e-bulletin application, independent t-test was used. The study revealed that the developed interactive e-bulletin application was acceptable as revealed by computed weighted mean of 4.57 for the students and an average weighted mean of 4.36for the math and computer instructors in terms of the following variables such as accuracy, applicability, user-friendliness, workability, completeness, portability, modifiability and clarity. It was also found out that there is no significant difference between the perception of the students and math instructors towards the program using independent t-test. The study concluded that the interactive e-bulletin application is very efficient and effective. Interactive e-bulletin application contents helps the students be updated with the following announcement and events. It is recommended that the school may use the program in providing information to the students of University of Rizal System Morong Campus.
