Summary, etc EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This study aimed to determine the multiple intelligences of grade V pupils in Looc Elementary School in Cardona Rizal during the school year 2013-2014. The variables in the study were scholastic achievement and the multiple intelligences of the pupils. A questionnaire checklist was the main instrument in gathering the needed data. The gathered data were treated with the use of mean and standard deviation in order to determine the scholastic achievement of the respondents. Frequency and percentage distribution were used to determine the intelligences of the respondents. Pearson's r was used to find out the significant relationship between the scholastic achievement of the Grade V pupils and their multiple intelligences. The findings revealed that the respondents have good scholastic achievement. With regards to the multiple intelligences such as logical-mathematical, spatial, musical, naturalist, interpersonal, verbal-linguistic, bodily-kinesthetic, intrapersonal and existential, majority of the respondents possessed the naturalist intelligence. The scholastic achievement of the respondents as revealed by their average grade in different subject areas is dependent on the multiple intelligences that they possessed. The researchers recommended that the integration of multiple intelligences in the classroom setting to develop other skills and intelligences.
