Summary, etc EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This study aimed to determine the performance of selected private colleges in Rizal in their National Hospitality Qualification. There were five institutions that served as the respondents who have been evaluated the performance of selected private colleges in Rizal in their national hospitality qualification in terms of bread and pastry production, food and beverage services, front office, cookery and events management in terms of number of enrollees, number of years been established, number of years of HRM existence, number of trainers have national certificate and national TVET training certificate. The profile of the institutions in terms of selected variables such as number of enrollees, School E got the highest percentage of thirty nine percent with the frequency of three hundred eighty and the lowest is School A got eight percent with the frequency of seventy five. Next variable is number years been established, the table showed that School E obtained the highest frequency of twenty three having the equivalent percentage of thirty eight percent, and School A got the lowest frequency of five having the equivalent percentage of eight percent. In terms of no. years of HRM existence, the table showed that School E got the highest rank with the frequency of twenty obtaining the equivalent percentage of forty nine. Then school A and B that has the same frequency of four and obtaining the equivalent percentage of nineteen point five. In terms of no. of trainers with NC and NTTC, the table shows that School E got the highest number with the frequency of nine having the equivalent percentage of thirty six percent followed by School A, B, C and D with the same frequency of four having the same equivalent percentage of sixteen percent. Last variable is the number of national hospitality qualification offered the table shows that School A got the highest number of competencies with the frequency of seven obtaining the equivalent percentage of twenty seven percent. Then, School C and E with the same frequency of four were having the same equivalent of percentage of fifteen point five percent. On the performance of selected private colleges in Rizal in their national hospitality qualification with respect to the different competencies, in bread and pastry production, this implies that School A, D and E has one Hundred percent. Next competency is food and beverage services, the table implies that school C and E got the one hundred percent. Followed by the Front Office Services, School B got the one hundred percent, while School A has eighty five percent, and School D with sixty three percent. Then the housekeeping services, school A got the highest ninety nine three percent, and the lowest is school E with eighty seven point five percent. Then in bartending services, school E got the highest competent result which is ninety five percent and the one who got the lowest competent rate is School C with the rate of fifty percent. Next is barista services, school B is only one who offered sixty percent. Second to the last is cookery services, school A and C got same rate of competent which is one hundred percent. And lastly event's management, school A got the one hundred percent. There is no significant relationship on the performance of selected private college in Rizal in their national qualification as perceived by the respondents with respect to all competencies in terms of no. of enrollees, no. of years been established, no. of years of HRM existence, no. of trainers with NC and NTTC with respect to Bread and Pastry Production, Cookery Services and Event's Management. Number of national hospitality offered with respect to bread and pastry production, front office services and event's management. On the other hand, there is significant relationship on the performance of selected private colleges in Rizal in their national hospital qualification as perceived by the respondents in terms of number of trainers with national certificate and national TVET training certificate with respect to barista services and front office services and in terms of no. of national hospitality offered with respect to barista services and cookery services. From the summary of findings the following conclusions were drawn. There are 983 enrollees in the private colleges in Rizal. In the performance of selected private colleges in Rizal with respect to different national hospitality qualification such as bread and pastry. Food and beverages services, front4 offices services, housekeeping services, bartending services, barista services, cookery and event management. The cookery and event management dominated the said variables with 100 percent performance rate therefore barista services is the lowest among the competencies. There is no significant on the performance of selected private colleges in Rizal in their national hospitality qualification in terms of number of enrollees, number of years been established, number of HRM existence but there is significant in the number of trainers with NC and NTC and number of NC offered. The following recommendations were offered. National hospitality qualification must be required to both public and private school to make the students more competent to face their field of work in the future; barista services needs more attention and focus during training; provide facilities for every national hospitality qualification; and provide more trainers for a better training.
