Summary, etc EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This study was conducted at the University of Rizal System Morong, Rizal during the academic year 2017-2018. The purpose of this study was to forecast the loan grants of University of Rizal System Provident Fund Incorporated for the next 5 years.It involved the data from the office of URS Provident Fund Incorporatedin University of Rizal System-Morong Campus. The findings of the study from the data gathered indicate that the number of borrowers is decreasing but on the result of the computed data using logistic model is absolutely increasing. Based on the result the researchers found out that the model used and the actual data have a small difference. Also using the logistic model, the researchers proved that the formulated logistic model is fitted.The result implied that the loan services of URS Provident Fund Incorporated is productive to their clients/members because they enjoyed the benefits. This study is recommended to the URS Provident Fund Incorporated staff and coordinators. Likewise this study may serve as a guide for their loan services.
