520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This study aimed to develop mathware: mathematical application for elementary pupils specifically intended for grade 58 of angono elementary school in angono, rizal during the academic year 2016-2017. The application was designed and created using gamemaker: studio and adobe photoshop for picture enhancement. The respondents of the study were the thirty (30) students from grade 5, five (5) mathematics teachers and five (5) IT instructors from angono elementary school selected through purposive sampling technique. The study used the descriptive-developmental type of research to determine and analyze the difference between the level of acceptability of the two groups of respondents and the developed mathware: mathematical application for elementary pupils. The researchers used the modified standardized questionnaire checklist as the main instrument in data-gathering and to answers the objectives in determining the acceptability of the program. To determine the level of acceptability of the developed program in terms of instructional content, curriculum connections, graphics and multimedia, lay-outs, adaptability and accessibility, learner engagement interactivity, learners classification and flexibility, weighted mean was used. General weighted mean of instructors was 4.78 and of students was 4.7 and verbally interpreted as very much accepted. To find the significant difference on the perception of the respondents in the level of acceptability, independent t-test was applied. The researchers concluded that mathware: mathematical application for elementary pupils was very much acceptable by the grade 5 students in terms of instructional content, curriculum connections, graphics and multimedia, lay-outs, adaptability and accessibility, learner engagement interactivity, learners classification and flexibility. Based from the findings and conclusion, the researchers recommend that follow-up study may be conducted in the level of acceptability of mathware: mathematical application for elementary pupils.
