Summary, etc EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This study aimed to determine the shyness, fear and anxiety in social communication. This study was conducted during the first semester of school year 2017-2018. The subjects of the study were fourth year College of science students. The study used descriptive method of research utilizing the adopted questionnaire in collecting the data. The data gathered form the provided adopted questionnaire were statistically computed using chi-square test. With the result of the research based on data analysis, the level of shyness, fear and anxiety of fourth year college of science students were verb ally interpreted as high. In fact, some students are experiencing shyness, fear and anxiety. The levels of shyness, fear and anxiety have no significant relationship to the profile in terms of sex and in terms of parents' educational attainment of the fourth year college of science students. In fact, students have their own ability to show their confidence to speak. From the summary of findings and conclusion formulated, the following are recommended. For the betterment and development of the students of college of science, that has been experiencing fear, shy and anxiety when it comes with class participation, class involvement, and recitation. We suggest that different organization and that includes science students society (strio), osds, ussg and faculty members of college of science may help and may provide seminar, interventions and assertiveness training for the self-development of the students. For further findings and to continue this study, future researchers may conduct the same research in other colleges and campuses. For the enhancement of this study, different colleges and campuses' students may also be included as our respondents in answering the questionnaire.
