520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc EXECUTIVE SIMMARY: This study aimed to develop a Machine Accessories Lifter out of affordable and locally available materials. Specifically, this attempted to determine the level of acceptability of the developed Machine Accessories Lifter in terms of functionality, usefulness, maintenance, safety and durability. And it was conducted at the University of Rizal System during school year 2016-2017. The researchers utilized a researcher -made adapted and modified questionnaire checklist to determine the level of acceptability of the project. It was validated and accomplished by the respondents which provided information for the completion of the study. The results were tallied and computed for analysis. There were two groups of responders who tested the acceptability of the project. The first group consisted of five (5) experts who had the knowledge, skills and fully understanding of Developed Machine Accessories Lifter while the other group consisted of twenty (20) students third year and fourth year who are taking also of Bachelor of Technology Major in Mechanical and Production Technology at the same university. Qualitative description was used in developing and revising the said device, weighted mean was used in determining its acceptability and t-test was used in determining its significant difference between the evaluations made by the two groups of respondents. Based on the analysis and interpretation of the data, the following were hereby summarized; on the design and construction of the developed Machine Accessories Lifter, the researchers were able to design a well detailed assembly drawing, pictorial and exploded drawing of the said device out of locally available materials. On the acceptability of the Developed Machine Accessories Lifter, it was extremely acceptable by the two groups of respondents in terms of Functionality, usefulness, maintenance, safety and durability. On the significant difference made by the experts and the students in terms of the above variables, it was found that there is no significant difference made by the experts and the students in terms of the above variables, it was found that there is no significant difference between the evaluations made by the mechanical and technology experts and students on the acceptability of the device in terms of the five variables cited, hence, the hypothesis is accepted. Based on the foregoing findings and conclusions, it was recommended that assistance should be given to students undergoing similar research study to defray the high cost of materials needed. Improve the overall design of the device increase its performance and efficiency.
