Summary, etc EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This study aimed to develop and construct the Multi - featured instructional board. Specifically, this study attempted to determine the level of acceptability of the Instructional Board in terms of Design, usefulness, functionally and safety and maintenance. The researchers utilized an instrument which is a researchers-made questionnaire checklist to determine the level of acceptability of the instructional board. It was a validated instrument accomplished by the respondents who provided information for the completion of the study. The results were tallied and computed for analysis. There were two groups of correspondents who tested the acceptability of the project. The first group consisted of ten (10) experts who had the knowledge, skills and fully understanding on the construction of the instructional board while other group consisted of twenty (20) second and third year students who are taking up Diploma in Technology and Bachelor of Technology course major in Electronics Technology at the same University. Qualitative description was used in developing the instructional board, weighted mean was used in determining its acceptability and t-test was used in determining its significant difference between the evaluations made by two groups of respondents. Based on the analysis and interpretation of data, the following are hereby summarized. On the design and construction of instructional board, the researchers were able to design a well detailed assembly drawing, pictorial drawing and construct an instructional board out of locally available materials. On the level of acceptability of the project in terms of performance, the experts perceived the device as very accepted with weighted mean of 4.4 and of the students perceived the device also as very acceptable with weighted mean of 4.2. On the significant difference made by the experts and the students in terms of the above variables; it was found out that there is no significant difference between the evaluations made by the electronics technology experts and students on the acceptability of the instructional board in terms of five variables; hence the hypothesis is accepted. Based on the foregoing findings and conclusions, the study recommended that the device should be improved in terms of its durability, the device can be re-modeled and can add other features for trainings; further research can be done for improvement of the study in the near future to improvement of the study in the near future to improve the function of the device. Other research instrument should be advice in order to test variables that may affect the performance of the project and parallel study must be conducted using variables for modification and enhancement of the project.
