Summary, etc This study primarily aimed to determine the Office System Administration Practices of Binangonan Catholic College for the year 2016-2017. This study used descriptive method to describe the perception of the respondents in the Office System Administration Practices of Binangonan Catholic College in terms of Record Management, Office Organization, Communication and Technology. Data were collected through questionnaire checklist and were statistically treated with the use of frequency, percentage, rank distribution, weighted mean and one-way ANOVA. In gathering information, the researchers utilized the document-based analysis of the office system administration practices of Binangonan Catholic College. The researchers considered the four variables of this study, the record management, office organization, communication and technology because those are major functions of an office professional in the office system administration. Forty (40) employees of Binangonan Catholic College answered the questionnaire check-list, which made them the final respondents of the study. The findings of the study revealed that great majority of the respondents belongs to the aged 41 years old and above, most of them are female, married and almost of them most are college graduate then mostly are in the service for less than 5 years, majority are permanent with a position of being staff. According to the result of the study, the office system administration practices of Binangonan Catholic College revealed that in terms of "Record Management" obtained a mean of 4.73 and verbally interpreted as "Always". In terms of "Office Organization" obtained a mean of 4.80 and verbally interpreted as "Always". In terms of "Communication" obtained a mean of 4.88 and verbally interpreted as "Always". And lastly in terms of "Technology" obtained a mean of 4.45 and verbally interpreted as "Always". As the result of the significant differences of the respondents' profile in terms of age, sex, civil status, educational attainment, years in service and office/department assignment, while in terms of status of employment and work position study revealed that there is a significant difference of the respondents' perception on the office system administration practices of Binangonan Catholic College. Based on the findings and conclusions, the researchers recommend that Binangonan Catholic College should maintain the strategy that they are implementing so that they would remain competitive and have an edge to other private schools in terms of office system administration. The office staff should always be updated on the new trend in safekeeping of files thus she should be send to trainings and seminars. Office staff should continue in upholding its values to be an effective office professional. And lastly, future researchers must use other variables for more comprehensive studies in the future. As BS Office Administration students, who belong to the College of Business, they chose this study because they become interested to know what are the office system administration practices that were being practiced in the different departments in Binangonan Catholic College to determine how the respondents apply the four variables in the office system practices which include record management, office organization, communication and technology because these are the very essence of the functions of an office professional in the office system administration and crucial in the attainment of organization's goals and objectives. And as BSOA students, they believed that the result of this study will be helpful to them to become efficient office professional in the future.
