Summary, etc EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The projected number of senior high school and laboratory school students in the next five years Surpasses the allowable number of students that Amang Rodriguez Hall can accommodate. The focus of the study is to design a 4-storey laboratory school building including its phase by phase construction management implementation that can cope with the possible number of students and facilities. The design includes the building's overall architectural and structural plan with 58 classrooms and 2 restrooms (male and female). The researchers conduct an investigation to know the present condition of existing laboratory school building named Amang Rodriguez Hall and found out that the students are at risj due to various structural defects. Based on the results, a complete demotion and construction is required with 2 construction phases to eliminate the effects of effects of construction on the ongoing classes. Using this design and construction method, the problem regarding insufficient number of classrooms will be resolved. The researchers recommend submitting this proposed project to University Physical Facilities Development Unit to be used as a possible future project. This subject also needs a further study on construction safety, structural analysis and cost analysis.
