520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: Self regulation may be connected on how a neither individual nor student performs in his class that would dictate his academic performance. Self-monitoring, Self-discipline, and Self regulation may help to brought us or the students to new ways of creating and innovating ideas. Self regulation is a learning process that assist students in managing their thoughts, ideas, behaviors, and emotions in order to successfully navigate their learning experiences. As a student being self-regulated student, will have a very good impact in dong our task in a discipline way, and being good in the time management because you're a self-regulated student, will have a very good impact in doing your tasks, assignments, or duties. Some researchers suggest that self-regulation may not always related to academic performance or education; it may also depend on people life and battle outside the school and their personal goals. As it also kind of correspond the last part definition of self-regulation,"to achieve the goals they have established". Students who are "happy go lucky" a students and still got a good grades are may not self-regulated students, and maybe the reason of this is because the knowledge and the strategies they have for being a god students and having a good academic performance are acquired and bred in their bone. In order to have clear direction for this research we come up with the goal of answering if there is a relationship between self-regulation and students' academic performance, which has been conducted in the University of Rizal System - Morong Rizal. Three hundred Twenty Eight participants has been equally selected coming from the College of Science; BS Psychology, BS Biology, BS Guidance and counseling, and BS Math - Math CS. After gathering and collecting their data, it has been revealed that the students are somehow self-regulated but their data, it has been revealed that the students are somehow self-regulated but they didn't get nice grades, while others are not self-regulated but still they got good grades. The researchers have concluded that self-regulation has no significant relationship between students' academic performance of students in University of Rizal System.
