Summary, etc. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This study entitled Improvised Vibrating Table for concrete Ashlar Molder, aimed to design and construct the Improvised Vibrating Table for Concrete Ashlar Molder, perform try-out and revised the defects found during the testing period, evaluated the acceptability of the improvised Vibrating table for concrete Ashlar Molder in terms of usefulness, durability and safety and maintenance. Likewise, this study also determined the performance of the device in terms of compaction testing, molder and product uniformly and productivity and determined the performance of the device in terms of the following parameter through the use of score card. Lastly, the study included the development of operating manual intended for the newly developed device. In terms of usefulness of the device, the Improvised Vibrating Table for Concrete Ashlar Molder obtained verbal interpretation of "extremely useful" with an average weighted mean of 4.4. In terms of Durability of the device, the improvised Vibrating table for concrete ashlar molder evaluated by the respondents achieved a verbal interpretation of "extremely durable" with an average weighted mean of 4.3. In terms of safety and maintenance, the improvised vibrating table for concrete ashlar molder got an average weighted mean of 4.3 and verbally interpreted as "extremely safe and easy to maintain". In terms of Compaction test for the Improvised Vibrating Table for Concrete Ashlar Molder (20cm x 40cm x2.5cm) got a weighted mean of 3.2 verbally interpreted as "Compacted". While the concrete 10cm x 40cm x 2.5cm got a weighted mean of 4.2 verbally and interpreted as "very compacted". In terms of the product uniformly of the Improvised Vibrating Table for Concrete Ashlar Molder for 20cm x 40cm x 2.5cm got a weighted mean of 3.8 verbally interpreted as "duplicated product approximately. While the 10cm x 40cm x 2.5cm got a weighted mean of 3.6 verbally and interpreted as "Duplicated Product Approximately". In terms of productivity of the Improvised Vibrating Table for Concrete Ashlar Molder can compact a 20cm x 40cm x 2.5cm and in 10cm x 40cm x 2.5cm got a weighted mean of 3.6 and 4 and verbally interpreted as "very satisfactory". On the summary of findings, the researchers concluded that the Improvised Vibrating Table for Concrete Ashlar Molder was constructed out of some locally available materials. Through try-out and revision method, the device reached the function output and attained its objectives. It was found out extremely accepted as shown on the evaluation result. It also determined the performance of the device through the use of score card. And lastly, succeeded to develop an operating manual for the device.
