520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The study is aimed to determine the significant differences on the sources of among Grade 11 students. The subject of the study was the 50 grade 11 students at University of Rizal System Morong Campus. The questionnaires were statistically treated using frequency percentage and rank distribution average weighted mean and the one-way analysis of variance/ANOVA. The descriptive research design was used to gather the information needed in this study. The questionnaire checklist was used in collecting the data needed. Based on the study, majority of the respondent belonged to 16 years of age, eldest child, has the monthly family income of 11,000-15,000. The researchers found out that there is no significant difference on the sources of stress among grade 11 students with respect to physiological, social, family, relationship and school factor in terms of age, sex, sibling position and monthly family income, thus, the null hypothesis was accepted. And recommended schools may provide more support and care to help students cope with various stressors and identify students having stress reactions as soon as possible. If necessary; schools can also refer students to professional consulting institutions. Schools are thus suggested to design a flexible course of career education based on students' future career development. This course must cover psychological, mental, social and cultural contents and be incorporated into formal curricula of each department.
