Summary, etc. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The study aimed to know the problems encountered by the food and beverages preparation services graduates in job hunting. This study determined the problems encountered by the Food and Beverages Preparation Services Graduates students in University of Rizal System Morong in Job Hunting. The study was undertaken at the University of Rizal System-Morong, Rizal campus. The respondents of the study were the (29) twenty nine graduates of the course. Weighted mean was used to determine the problems encountered by the food and beverages preparation services graduates in University of Rizal System Morong in Job Hunting. Questionnaire was used to determine the significant difference on the extent of problems encountered by the food and beverages preparation services graduates in University of Rizal System with respect to knowledge, skills, communication, work environment, location, financial aspect and attitude. Based on the presentation, analysis and interpretation of data, the following were summarized: on the profile of the respondents; in terms of Age, out of 29 respondents 24.1 percent belongs to 20 and 22, and 51.7 percent or 15 respondents belongs to 21. In terms of sex or gender, out of 29 respondents they have 16 male and 13 female. In terms of Civil Status 93.1 percent are single while 6.9 percent are married. In terms of seminars and training attended, 2 respondents or 6.9 percent have the resort and the remaining 27 respondents or 93.1 percent have the restaurant. In terms of national certificate holders in bread and pastry production and front office services were 6.9 percent, 3.4 percent for the food and beverage services, while 13.8 have the housekeeping, and the rest of the respondents or 69 percent are none holders or doesn't have any national certificate. In terms of Monthly family income 3 out 29 respondents or 10.3 percent have Php.3,000.00-5,000.00, while Php. 5,001.00-10000 and Php. 10001-20000 or 31 percent both have 9 respondents and 27.6 percent of 8 respondents have Php.20,000 and above. The extent of problems encountered by the food and beverages preparation services graduates in University of Rizal System according to the respondents. With respect to knowledge the average mean was 1.87 verbally interpreted as Fairly serious. With respect to skills the average mean was 1.82 interpreted as fairly serious. With respect to communications 1.41 was the average mean with not at all as the verbal interpretation. With respect to work environment, it gained a mean of 1.37 verbally interpreted as not at all. With respect to location it has a mean of 1.83 and interpreted as fairly serious. With respect to financial 1.58 was the average mean and not at all as verbal interpretation. The general average mean in different aspects with respect to knowledge, skills, communication, work environment, location, financial and attitude was 1.62 interpreted as "Not at All". The significant difference on the extent of problems encountered by the food and beverages preparation services graduates in University of Rizal System Morong with respect to knowledge, skills, communication, work environment, location, financial, and attitude. The data failed to reject the null hypothesis that there is a significant difference in the extent of problems encountered since the p-values are all greater than the set level of significance which is 0.06. Based on the study, all the respondents don't encounter any serious problems in terms of knowledge, skills, communications, work environment, location, financial and attitude. FBPS graduates have a high possibility of being employed in modern hospitality industry. Further research may focus on other types of problems that the respondents encountered in job hunting.
