Summary, etc. This study aimed to determine the performance of grade 3 pupils under the tutok basa program of Commonwealth Elementary School. This study was conducted in Commonwealth Elementary School during the School Year 2015-2016 with thye total of 48 respondents comprising selected Grade 3 pupils under the of "tutok basa" program with consideration to diagnostic test and achievement test in both Filipino and English Reading. The researchers used the descriptive evaluative method.
