Summary, etc EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The study focused on the least mastered skills of the Grade 4 pupils in English, Science and Mathematics bsed from their first and second periodical examinations. The study was conducted at Tomas Claudio Memorial Elementary School, Morong, Rizal. The respondents were the Grade 4 pupils that consists of six (6) sections with a total population of 268 pupils. The researchers gathered all the data needed includings its table of specification to acquire the least mastered skills of the pupils in the said subjects. The researchers used the descriptive research design and documentary analysis since this aimed to meet the information that can help in the study. The findings showed tha the majority of the least mastered skills is in the Mathematics subject. The following difficulties in English, Science and Mathematic were needed to have an enhancement activities to develop pupils' understanding in a particular lesson. Based on the summary of findings and conclusion draw., the researchers recommended the following; utilize the use of Enhancement activities to develop their academic performance; assess the validity and effectiveness of the activities for English, Science and Mathematics and conduct parallel studies considering other variables.
