Cardona 2019 Summary: The study was conducted to determine the indigenous Medicinal Plants present in Barangay Sampad, Cardona, Rizal including their Classification, Uses, and Modes of Application. The survey conducted during the month of August and September 2018. The researchers used descriptive design to determine the Medicinal Plants in Barangay Sampad, Cardona, Rizal with the help of herbalists and local residence who are aware of various herbal practices of Medicinal Plants. Data were collected through video documentations and questionnaire checklist. The study used quantitative analysis. The study used the following procedure: survey wherein the researchers went to the referred thirty (30) respondents and two (2) herbalists in Barangay Sampad, Cardona, Rizal where the Medicinal Plants determined. The collected Medicinal Plants were sent to Department of Agriculture Bureau of Plants Industry for identification. Through this study, the researchers concluded that the Medicinal Plants were st6ill utilized by the residents in Barangay Sampad, Cardona, Rizal for treating common ailments. The residents do not practice the proper measurement or dosage in utilizing Medicinal Plants.
