EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This study aimed to determine the academic performance of the Grade 6 pupils for the last five (5) years being consistent recipients of feeding program. It was conducted at Sampad Elementary School in Sampad, Cardona Rizal during the school yeasr 2016-2017. The study involved ten (10) respondents from the Grade 6 which are the recipients of feeding program since they are in Grade 1. The researchers used documentary analysis through the form137 and nutriitinal status report gathered from the school to get the academic performance and body mass index of the pupils. In finding the level of academic performance of the Grade 6 pupils, Mean was used. to find out the significant difference of the academic performance under the program of Sampaf Elementary School for the last 5 years, specifically, the One Way Analysis of Variance and Multiple Comparison (ANOVA) was used. From the summary of findings, it was concluded that School-based feeding program has improved the recipients' academic performance for the last five years. Based from the summary of findings and conclusion formulated, the following recommendations are hereby offered by the researchers. School-based Feeding Program must be prioritized especially in the poor places and far from the community. Continue to establish and maintain the "Gulayan sa Paaralan Program" (GPP) as a source of ingredients for the School-based Feeding Program. Educate the pupils on the chose of healthy food they msust take to become healthy. Promote intensive and interactive nutritional education/activities that focus on healthy food selection. Parents should be involved in all procedures of School-based Feeding Program to ensure sustainability of the program which will cater for children to become healthy and smart. Initiate strong campaign for the cleanliness and healthy community to have an environment far from illness and malnourishment.
