Proposed public library and museum of Teresa, Rizal a feasibility

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This study aimed to determine the feasibility of putting up a Public Library and Museum in Teresa, Rizal. Specifically, this study aimed to analyze the feasibility of the project in terms of; Location, accessibility, and site and utilities. This study aimed to determine the location and the strengths and weaknesses of the proposed project to know that if it has benefits to the town of Teresa or it will become useless. In determining the strength and weakness this study proved that it will give more benefits to the town of Teresa. It is also accessible through land travel. This study aimed to determine the compatibility of two learning establishment. This study proves that the new building is more convenience to use. Based on the findings, the researchers concluded that the proposed Public Library and Museum is beneficial not only to the citizens of Teresa but also to nearby towns of it. a place for showcasing beautiful and meaningful artworks and it will provide a venue for Historical and educational purposes. The researchers prepared set of plan such as Architectural Plan, Electrical Plan, Structural Plan, and Plumbing Plan that refers to the basic design used to build home or other type of building. In estimating the bill of materials the researchers conformed to the latest price of necessary materials of the project. The estimated summary cost of constructing the Proposed Public Library and Museum is worth Php 6,866,491.91 pesos. In constructing miniature, the researchers used materials like illustration, glue stick, glue, paint and other readymade materials. It scaled 1:100 meters and exactly the model of the proposed Public Library and Museum. The researchers recommended that the public Library and Museum should allocate a budget in the realization of constructing the proposed project and also the said project should appoint people to be the staff to care, protect and maintain the proposed project. The proposal of Public Library and Museum call the attention of the youth that the old time researchers is more fun and enjoyable.
