Summary: EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The goal of the thesis is to determine the present condition of the Isidro S. Rodriguez building at University of Rizal System Morong through the investigation in the building and classification of cracks present in the building. The researchers center their study cracks found in the ISR building and conducted inspection in the case study area. Most of the cracks found are tolerable and some of the severe cracks can be fixed with different methods of renovating and restoration. These recommendations and solutions are drawn after deep study and analyses of the cracks, where various manuals are taken into account as the researchers analyze the cracks. In pursuit of the assessment done by the researchers, they established that the ISR building is still safe to use for a period time.
