The study aimed to determine the status of the Guidance Program in public elemtary schools in District I, Rodriguez, Rizal for the school year 2012-2013. The status of the guidance program in public elemtary schools in District I, Rizal was determined in terms of the profile of the guidance teachers, the administrative support with respect to facilities, materials and fund allocation, the extent of the implementation of the guidance services and the problems encountered in the implementation of the guidance program as observed by the three gtoups of respondents with respect to the guidance teache, administrative support and in the implementation of the guidance services.
