EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The researchers conducted the study to determine the status of tourist destination in Tanay, Rizal. They determined the newest attraction around Rizal Province and searched the natural way of preserving all the mountains, rock formations, rivers, forest, and all the handmade structure and also to know the history of the town to encourage also the youth and the people around it on how to preserve our mother nature. The instrument used by the researchers in the study was the questionnaire checklist. Questionnaire checklist is a research instrument where questions are standardized and that the only questions that are listed in the interview guide. Type of questionnaire checklist and face to face questionnaire were conducted by the interviewer asking questions to respondents. Tanay is mostly visited during weekends as getaway and nature tripping because it is a stone away from the metropolis and it has numerous attraction that nature lovers and adventurous one like, without wasting so much money and time. Based from the findings, in terms of classification of tourist destination, natural attraction got the highest frequency, followed by man-made attraction in the second rank. The third rank is the event while the heritage attraction got the lowest frequency. In terms of the number of employee, 21 to 30 employees got the highest frequency, followed by 41 above in the second rank. The third rank is the 11 to 20 employees, 31 to 40 falls in the fourth rank. The 10 employees below got the lowest frequency. It means the tourist destination in Tanay generate employment. In terms of mode of transportation the tricycle got the highest frequency, followed by jeep in the second rank. The van falls in the third rank, motorcycle falls in the fourth rank. The lowest mode of transport is the bus. The status of tourist destination in Tanay, Rizal with respect to Economic Benefits, Environmental Benefits, Cultural Awareness, Preservation of Heritage Sites got excellent. There is a significant difference on the status of tourist destination in Tanay, Rizal with respect to economic benefits, cultural awareness and preservation of heritage site while the environmental benefits has no significant difference in terms of classification of tourist destination there is a significant difference on the status of tourist destination in Tanay, Rizal with respect to economic benefits, environmental benefits, cultural awareness, preservation of heritage site in terms of number of employee. There is no significant difference on the status of tourist destination in Tanay, Rizal with respect to economic benefits, environmental benefits, cultural awareness, preservation of heritage site in terms of mode of transportation. As result of the study, it is recommended to improve the tourist destinations in Tanay and develop more infrastructures in the tourist destinations, safety and security of tourist in natural destination should be considered, the highways and warning signs should be improved, there should be proper waste disposal for conservation of natural attraction, put' some signs and regulation should be placed in some part in tourism destinations and the people in Tanay should be encouraged to protect and take good care of the tourist destinations.
