Dissertation note: Thesis Bachelor of Technology major in Hotel and Restaurant Management University of Rizal System-Morong. 2017 Summary: EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of school organizations on the personality development of Hotel and Restaurant Management students in University of Rizal System-Morong. It was conducted at University of Rizal System-Morong. There were eighty (80) respondents who evaluated the effectiveness of school organizations on the personality development of Hotel and Restaurant Management students in University of Rizal System-Morong in terms of intellectual attributes of personality, emotional attributes of personality, moral and spiritual attributes of personality, physiological and physical attribute of personality and social attributes of personality. The profile of the respondent in terms of selected variable, in terms of sex female obtained the highest frequency of 44 with 55 percent and male got the frequency of 36 with 45 percent. Next variable is age, 16-20 years old got the highest frequency of 67 with 83.8 percent followed by 21-24 years old got the frequency of 10 with 12.5 percent and the lowest in rank is 25 and above with frequency of 3 with 3.8 percent. Next variable is year level, first year, second year, third year and fourth year got the same frequency of 20 and with 25 percent each. Last variable is civil status, single obtained the highest frequency of 78 with 97.5 percent and married got the frequency of 2 with 2.5 percent. On the level of effectiveness of school organizations on the personality development of hotel and restaurant management students in University of Rizal System-Morong with respect to the different aspects, with respect to intellectual attributes of personality; the average weighted mean was 4.13 and verbally interpreted as very effective. With respect to emotional attributes of personality; the average weighted mean was 4.06 and verbally interpreted as very effective. With respect to moral and spiritual attributes of personality; the average weighted mean was 4.02 and verbally interpreted as very effective. With respect to physiological and physical attributes of personality; the average weighted mean was 4.05 and verbally interpreted as very effective. With respect to social attributes of personality; the average weighted mean was 4.02 and verbally interpreted as very effective. There is no significant difference on the effectiveness of school organizations on the personality development of hotel and restaurant management students in University of Rizal System-Morong as perceived by the respondents with respect to all aspects in terms of sex. There is no significant difference on the effectiveness of school organizations on the personality development of hotel and restaurant management students in University of Rizal System-Morong as perceived by the respondents with respect to all aspects in terms of age. There is no significant difference on the effectiveness of school organizations on the personality development of Hotel and Restaurant Management students in University of Rizal System-Morong as perceived by the respondents with respect to all aspects in terms of year level. There is no significant difference on the effectiveness of school organizations on the personality development of hotel and restaurant management students in University of Rizal System-Morong as perceived by the respondents with respect to all aspects in terms of civil status. From the summary of findings, the following conclusions were drawn. Most of the respondents were female and majority of the respondents belong to age bracket of 16-20 years old and majority of the respondents is single. The effectiveness of school organizations on the personality development of hotel and restaurant management students in University of Rizal System-Morong with respect to intellectual attributes of personality, emotional attributes of personality, moral and spiritual attributes of personality, physiological and physical attributes of personality, and social attributes of personality was verbally interpreted as "very effective". There is no significant difference on the effectiveness of school organizations on the personality development of hotel and restaurant management students in University of Rizal System-Morong with respect to intellectual attributes of personality, emotional attributes of personality, moral and spiritual attributes of personality, physiological and physical attributes of personality and social attributes of personality. The following recommendations are offered. School organizations may continue to have activities which help students in improving their skills and develop one's self. School organizations may provide more developmental programs that can help maximize the student's self-esteem and courage to face everyday life. The University may continue giving opportunities to students to be exposed on different activities that really help much in the development their total personality.
