EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The study entitled "Stress Management Technique of Parents with Large Family Members in Selected towns in Rizal." The researchers conducted it with a purpose of determining the ability of parents on how they handle their stress due to the large number of family member. There were 6 (six) selected participants from selected area in Rizal including Binangonan, Morong and Baras. The study aimed to determine the stress management technique of parents with large family member in selected areas in Rizal which was conducted during the year 2015. The study made use of a descriptive qualitative method of research. It utilized case study abd structured interview technique and did not involve measurement or any statistic. A structured interview was used to gather the needed data. There were six (6) selected participants from selected areas in Rizal including Binangonan, Morong, and Baras. Based on the analysis and interpretation of the data it was found out that the family who has a large number of children easily gets stressed when they couldn't provide the needs of their children. Moreover, there are also some parents who considered their children as their motivator to manage the stress they had. The study concluded that parents with large family members were able to handle stress through stress management techniques. The parents with large family members experienced stressed when they cannot provide the necessities of their children; due to having a large family some parents had feelings of regret towards their situations. There are also times that they chose to chat with their neighbor's than to solve their own problems. They can ease the pain their hiding when the saw their children happy. As a general recommendation, future researchers should conduct a study about stress management techniques using other variables.
