EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The main purpose of the study is to develop a Disaster Awareness Website with Real-Time Notification through SMS Technology and to determine its acceptability in terms of accuracy, applicability, completeness, user-friendliness, workability, portability and clarity. This study aimed to enhance the awareness of the citizens before, during and after the disaster. The study was conducted in the selected towns of Rizal during the first semester 2018-2019. There were (100) respondents from the selected towns of Rizal namely Morong, Baras, Tanay and Cardona. The researchers used Sublime text editor and XAMPP in developing the system program. In this study the researchers used the descriptive and developmental method of research in gathering data and information to determine the acceptability of the developed program. Based on the summary of findings, it was found out that the developed program was very much accurate, applicable, user friendly, workable, complete and portable. It is very much accepted in the selected Municipal of Rizal because it was very helpful to the residents for warn them and let them prepare before, during and after the disaster. The residents will received a message when there is a disaster that will occur and it also has a communication to the every municipal to give feedback or ask for help during the disaster. The developed program was recommended to be advertised online for the residents for them to visit especially the ones who might be experienced destruction because of disaster.
