SUMMARY: This study aimed to develop URSafe Web-Based Ordering System specially intended for University of Rizal System Campuses and Consumer around Morong, Rizal during Academic Year 2017-2018. The respondents of the study were thirty (costumers) 30 and twenty (20) employees of University of Rizal System Campuses were selected through purposive random sampling technique. The study used descriptive and development method of research, utilizing and modified questionnaire checklist from the Institute of Electronics and Electrical Engineering (IEEE) as the main instruments in gathering the necessary data and information to attain the desired evaluation of the level of acceptability of developed URSafe Web-Based Ordering System. To entirely develop the program, PHP, CSS, JavaScript, Wordpress and Mysql for database were used. To determine the level of acceptability of the developed program in terms of accuracy, applicability, user-friendliness, workability, completeness, portability, modifiability, and clarity, weighted mean was used in the evaluation of the program. Independent T-test was used to determine the significant difference on the level of acceptability of the developed system between the two groups of respondent. It was found out that the developed URSafe Web-Based Ordering System was very much accepted by the employees as evidence in the computed weighted mean of 4.74 and very much accepted to the costumers with weighted mean of 4.59. It was found out that there is the developed program perceived by the employees and students were given a high level of acceptability, in terms of accuracy, applicability, user-friendliness, workability, completeness, portability, modifiability, and clarity.
