EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The study entitled Laboratory Web-based Student Portal Mobile Application was conducted at the University of Rizal System Laboratory School, Morong, Rizal during the second semester academic year 2018-2019. The study was conducted for the benefits of all the students and instructors who use the Student Portal and to provide a better and more effective service in doing transactions such as class grades, class schedules, announcement of events. The researchers developed the program by using PHP (Personal Home Page), Apache, HTML and XAMPP. The researchers gathered all the needed information from the University of Rizal System Morong Laboratory School. The system consisted of student grades, student information, student schedules, student list, instructor list, instructor schedule, notification, school announcement of events and admin message. Based on the summary of findings, the researchers concluded that the developed Laboratory Schools Web-based Student Portal Mobile Application: A system for students and instructors is a strongly accepted in the transactions of student portal such as class grades, class schedule, and announcement of event. The system program empowered the students to have easier and faster updates and access their grades, class schedules, announcement and events. It can also has a communication to the admin thru message. The students can hit like or comments and suggestion on that particular event. Every update of grade, class schedule, announcements and events it will automatically notify the students. In other words, the program system passed all the qualifications needed for the conducted study and also satisfied the user's demand
