Compensation program of shinwoo enterprises in Tayuman Binangonan, Rizal

Dissertation note: Thesis BSBA- HRDM University of Rizal System, Binangonan 2017 Summary: The study entitled Compensation Program in Shinwoo Enterprises in Tayuman, Binangonan, Rizal, aims to determine the employees' perception on the compensation program of the company. The researchers conducted the study to identify what are the compensation programs, how they implemented, how they applied it, and to what extent the employees are compensated. The study also intends to explain the significance of compensating the employees towards the attainment of the company goal. The study was conducted in Tayuman Binangonan, Rizal and the researchers utilized the 100 respondents that were identified using simple random sampling. The researchers used the descriptive method of research to gather data. This was used because the data given in the descriptive method provide the adequate interpretation of the findings. The questionnaire was the major instrument used in the study because it is the most suitable method to gather the needed data and information. The study employed the frequency, percentage and rank distribution to determine the profile of the respondents. Mean was computed to know the respondent's perception on the Compensation Program of Shinwoo Enterprises towards work; Furthermore, One-way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) was employed to determine the significant differences on respondents' perception on the Compensation Program of Shinwoo Enterprises when group according to their profile. It was found out that there is no significant difference between the respondents' profile in terms of age, sex, civil status, educational attainment, residence (town), status employment, monthly income and their perceptionon Compensation Program of Shinwoo Enterprises with respect to Motivator Factor and Hygiene Factor. The data also revealed that there is a significant difference between respondents Status of Employment and their perception on the Compensation Program in Shinwoo with respect to the Motivator Factor. After evaluating the result of the study, the following recommendations and suggestions were offered: Management should provide incentives, benefits, and bonuses if their employees exceed in the required output of production. Because they will be more motivated to perform and increase their production if such benefits were given to them. The employees should continue to be hardworking so they will be promoted especially those in contractual position. The management should provide health insurance especially those regular employees because they are the lifeblood of the business. Management should provide incentives to those employees exhibited good behavior. As all produced garments are not acceptable if certain quality level is not maintained. It is production department's responsibility to produce quality product.
