The feasibility study entitled "Establishment of a Treehouse Restaurant in Sampaloc, Tanay, Rizal. The business is will be in a sole proprietorship committed to provide a nutritious foods and quality services in order to meet and exceed customer satisfaction. The study also gives emphasis on the contribution of the business to the society and the tax to be imposed by the government that will help to increase the national income. During the pre operating period the business will fulfill all the needed documents and legal requirements to make the business legal and avoid future conflicts. While in operating period the owner will manage and designate the duties and responsibilities among its personnel. In marketing the researchers are concerned with the demand as well as the supply of the proposed business. The researchers considered the form of the organization, project implementation, and the time table of the organizational structure. The initial investment of Php 850,000.00 that will be used for the expenses incurred during the pre operating and operating period. This will be also used for the materials, furniture's and fixtures of the restaurant. The projected financial statement shows that the proposed business which is the Tree house Restaurant will be viable and profitable as Year goes by. However, in this study, the researcher also enumerates problems that may arise upon the operation of the business that will affect the overall production. On the other hand the researchers also stated some recommendation in order to cope up with the possible problems.
