The study aimed to determine the viability and feasibility of the business. This proposed study will be known as the Establishment of Roasted Cauliflower Shop in Binangonan Rizal proposed by the following researchers: Maria Luisa T. Gador, Arnette R. Aragon, Alexis Zen Funilas and Michael Ian O. Teodocio. The business will be in the form of sole proprietorship in which the owner would be the general manager and two (2) production workers who will make the roasted cauliflower and assigned for the vending of the dishes. Binangonan Rizal will serves as the potential target market of the proposed establishment. The researchers decided to establish the production in Barangay Libid, Binangonan, Rizal since it was the center of commerce within the municipality. Before the business started its normal operation, there are procedures and requirements that must be followed. The owners were responsible in dealing with the government agencies to secure the necessary documents needed for the proposed business. The business will cater high quality product that are ensured through a delicate process and a well maintained facility. The business will only operate from Monday to Saturday at 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. The business will use direct selling method The researchers conducted interviews and surveys wherein it shows potential demand for the proposed business. Through gathering of data, the proponents were guided by the information of the product as they are into. The projected demand of Roasted Cauliflower in Binangonan is 480 boxes per week. The researchers implied that the three suppliers which are the farmer, public market and supermarket can cater 100% needed vegetable. The proposed business will acquire its supplies for it has the quality, affordable price and accessible market. And in terms of pricing the business will be using the mark-up and penetration pricing strategy. An initial capital investment of Php 200,000.00 will be needed to realize the project with a Return of Assets (ROA) of 49% and payback period on the first Year of the business operation. Thus, concluding that the proposed business is feasible. The computed payback period for the next five next Year showed that it is likewise viable and thus can be a good business venture to invest with.
