The researchers formulated some recommendation to the study such as the management should train other staff in the collection function so that in case of the absence of the cashier another staff can take over. In the absence of the owner, the management shall allow or authorize the supervisor or the assistant manager in approving the disbursement of cash to avoid delay of operation and transaction in their transport operation and it is advised that D.L Ceñir Transport should set aside funds for emergencies or unexpected expenses with forecasting of cash inflows and outflows and should be done regularly in order to predict the various addition and withdrawals from the cash reservoir over an operating period. Also the management should check if the operation conforms with the financial plan in order that necessary adjustments can be made and the researchers would like to suggest conducting another study using other variables.
