Dissertation note: Thesis BSBA-HRDM University of Rizal System, Binangonan 2017 Summary: This study aimed to determine the Human Resource Management Practices applied by Grandspan Development Corporation in Binangonan, Rizal. The researchers used the descriptive method to obtain the needed data for this study. The respondents of this study were the employees of Grandspan Development Corporation in Binangonan, Rizal. Most of the respondents were in the age bracket of 26 Years old and above with 58.8 percent and 18 below were ranked at the bottom. It means that most of the respondents being hired by the Grandspan Development Corporation were belonging to this age. It is simply because people during age are on the prime of their career and belonging to the middle age. In terms of sex 46.3 percent were male and 53.8 percent were female. The hiring process of Grandspan Development Corporation considered the equality between male and female as it is manifested on almost equal result on the table. By Civil Status, 65.0 percent among the employed were married. It manifest the condition that most of the employees were responsible enough since their inclination maybe to earn money to support their family. In Educational Attainment, 55.0 percent were college graduate, which may manifest that employees were all professional as degree holder. By Monthly Income, 36 out of 80 or 45.0 percent were earning 20,000 and above. It shows therefore that the majority of the respondents received a good range of salary. With regard to Status of Employment, 57.5 percent were regular while 42.5 percent remain contractual. It manifest therefore that the company do not engaged much in regularization of employees. The obtained weighted mean on the respondents' perception on human resource management practices applied by Grandspan Development Corporation in terms of recruitment was 4.76 and verbally interpreted as Always. Most of the employees of Grandspan Development Corporation agreed or believing that defines clearly the position objectives, requirements and candidates' specifications required for the position. The obtained weighted mean on the respondents' perception on human resource management practices applied by Grandspan Development Corporation in terms of selection shows that hiring applicant based on their educational qualification was first in rank with 4.82 mean and verbally interpreted as always. Most of the employees of Grandspan Development Corporation agreed or believing that the organization hires applicant based on their educational qualifications. The obtained weighted mean on the respondents' perception on human resource management practices applied by Grandspan Development Corporation in terms of training and development shows that providing training program that will help employees to develop their skills and knowledge was first in rank with a mean of 4.92 and verbally interpreted as always. Provides training to enable employees become effective was last in rank with 4.23 mean and verbally interpreted as always. The obtained weighted mean on the respondents' perception on human resource management practices applied by Grandspan Development Corporation in terms of compensation/wage administration shows that giving an equitable and competitive base pay was first in rank with a mean of 4.72 and verbally interpreted as Always. A computed One-Way ANOVA was used to determine the significance on the perception of the respondents in Human Resource Management Practices Applied by Grandspan Development Corporation in Binangonan, Rizal. The researchers tested the null hypothesis and found out that there is a significant difference on the perception of the respondents in terms of sex, monthly income, and status of employment.
