Dissertation note: Thesis Bachelor of Technology major in Mechanical and Production Technology University of Rizal System-Morong 2019 Summary: EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This study aimed to develop modified metal cutter and sheet metal bender. Specifically, this study attempted to design, construct and perform try-out and revision. The study also attempted t determine the level of acceptability in terms of usefulness, durability, safely and maintenance and functionality, determine the level of performance in terms of speed and accuracy and the significant difference in terms of usefulness, durability, safety and maintenance and functionality between the modified metal cutter and sheet metal bender and existing sheet metal bender. The design and construction of the modified metal cutter and sheet metal bender was developed and constructed by utilizing locally available materials. The try out and revisions of the modified metal cutter and sheet metal bender was tested for operation. Defects were found like hazardous in changing the cutting disc and over sizes of bolts and nuts. Immediately the researchers fixed the defects and made the operation normal. On the level of acceptability of the modified metal cutter and sheet metal evaluated by the respondents as "extremely useful", "extremely durable", "extremely safe and maintain" and lastly "extremely functional". On the level of performance of the modified metal cutter and sheet metal bender in terms of speed in cutting, the first, second and last trial was evaluated as "extremely fast", while in terms of speed in bending time, also, the first, second and last trial was evaluated as "extremely fast" in 45 degrees and 90 degrees angle. On the level of performance of the modified metal cutter and sheet metal bender in terms of accuracy in bending, the first trial was evaluated as "accurate" and "slightly accurate" in the second and last trial, while in terms of accuracy in cutting, the first, second and last trial was evaluated as "very accurate". On the evaluation of the respondents found out that there is significant difference between the modified metal cutter and sheet metal bender and the existing sheet bender in terms of usefulness, durability, safety and maintenance and functionality, therefore the null hypothesis was rejected
