Dissertation note: Thesis Bachelor of Technonology major in Hotel and Restaurant Management University of Rizal System-Morong 2018 Summary: EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This study aimed to determine the level of performance of university of rizal system bachelor of technology of industrial technology working students in their academic and laboratory subjects. The study was conducted in university of rizal system morong campus. The respondents of the study were fifty (50) students from bachelor of technology program, twenty three (23) working students from third year level, twelve (12) students from fourth year level, eleven (11) students from second year level and four (4) students from first year level. Respondents were chosen through pure random sampling or systematic random sampling technique. The researchers used descriptive method of research and produced a questionnaire checklist wherein they used to determine the level of performance of university of rizal system bachelor of technology working students in their academic subject, laboratory subjects and time management they are rated us very good. On the profile of the respondents in terms of age, sex, year level, monthly family income and nature of job/work, distance of work, type of establishment, number of working hours and number of extracurricular activities attended the following were found out. In terms of age, 30 to 60 percent of the majority students belong to 15-20 year old. In terms of sex, the respondents have 34 to 68 percent of the majority students belong to male. In terms of year level, 23 or 46 percent of the majority students belong to third year. In terms of monthly family income, 32 or 64 percent of the majority respondents belong to 15,000-20000. In terms of nature of work/job, 18 to 36 percent of the majority respondents belongs to service crew. In terms of distance of work, 38 or 76 percent of the majority respondents work to school in terms of the workplace. With the type of establishment, 14 or 28 percent of the majority of the respondents work in the fast food chain. With regards to number of working hours, 34 or 68 percent of the respondents belongs to the students who are working at 4 hours a day. In terms of number of extracurricular activities attended, 32 or 64 percent of the respondents belongs to the students none has extracurricular activities. On the level of performance of university of rizal system bachelor of Technology College of industrial technology working students in their academic and laboratory subjects and time management, with respect to academic subjects, the average weighted mean was 4.19 interpreted as excellent. With respect to laboratory subjects, the average weighted mean is 4.07 interpreted as very good. With respect to time management, the average weighted mean 3.65 interpreted as very good. On the significant difference on the level of performance of university of rizal system bachelor of technology of industrial technology working students in their academic and laboratory subjects with respect to the above mentioned variables, in terms of age with regards to academic subject, it was found out that there is no significant difference on their performance. Therefore, the null hypothesis is accepted. With regards to laboratory subject and time management, it was found out that there is significant difference; therefore the null hypothesis is accepted. In terms of sex, with regards to academic subject, it was found out that there is no difference; therefore the null hypothesis is accepted. With regards to laboratory subjects, it was found out that there is no significant difference; therefore the null hypothesis is accepted. With regards to time management, it was found out that there is significant difference; therefore the null hypothesis is rejected. In terms of year level, with regards to academic subject, it was found out that there is no significant difference; therefore the null hypothesis is accepted. With regards to laboratory subject and time management, it was found out that there is significant difference; therefore the null hypothesis is accepted. In terms of nature of job/work, with regards to academic subject, it was found out that there is significant difference; therefore the null hypothesis is rejected. With regards to laboratory subjects and time management, it was found out that there is significant difference; therefore the null hypothesis is accepted. In terms of distance of work, with regards to academic subject, laboratory subject and time management, it was found out that there is significant difference; therefore the null hypothesis is accepted. In terms of type of establishment, with regards to academic subject, laboratory subject and time management it was found out that there is significant difference; therefore the null hypothesis is accepted. In terms of number of working hours, with regards to academic subject, it was found out that there is significant difference; therefore the null hypothesis is rejected.
