EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The study was conducted based to the researchers concern to produce a computer-based instructional program entitled "Math Adventure Cave Edition". The researchers used different programming languages to develop the Math Adventure Cave Edition. The development of the program was followed from time to time. The researchers used Game Maker-Studio which are the platform of the program and Adobe Photoshop CC 2017 to make the features of the program more enhancing and interactive. After developing the program, the researchers conducted an evaluation for the program, were 62 respondents are chosen fifteen (15) elementary teachers and forty-seven (47) grade 5 pupils to determine the validity of the research. To determine the level of acceptability of the program that will develop in "Math Adventure Cave Edition" in terms of instructional content, curriculum connections, Graphics and multimedia, lay-out, technical aspects, adaptability and accessibility, learner engagement interactivity, teacher and learner support materials, assessment and flexibility as perceived by the two group of respondents, random sampling technique was used. The perception of the teachers, applicability and portability, obtained the highest weighted mean of 4.99 with a verbal interpretation of "Very Much Accepted". Wherein, completeness and modifiability, got the lowest weighted mean of 4.91 with a verbal interpretation of "Very Much Accepted". All variables are verbally interpreted as "Very Much Accepted". On the other hand, the perception of the students in terms of clarify, obtained the highest weighted mean of 4.65 with a verbal interpretation of "Very Much Accepted". While, completeness got the lowest weighted mean 4.50 with a verbal interpretation of "Very Much Accepted." All variables are verbally interpreted as "Very Much Accepted". There is no significant difference on the level of acceptability of the developed program as perceived by two groups. Based from the summary of findings, the following conclusions were drawn. The developed system was manageable, appropriate, modifiable, workable, useful, accurate and portable enough to be implemented and utilize. The developed system was found acceptable as rated by the teachers and students in terms of accuracy, applicability, user-friendliness, workability, completeness, portability, clarify and modifiability. The developed system contains graphics that are well designed and rendered to enhance learning, consistent, appropriate and designed to enjoy learning. The application can be used by the next student who will take up research for further enhancement of the program.
