EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This study aimed to develop a University of Rizal System Morong Computerized Faculty Performance Evaluation. The study conducted in the University of Rizal System-Morong during the second semester of the school year 2012-2013. The development of the program depends on the information gathered about the evaluations. After gathering information, the researchers come up with the objectives, the language to be use in developing the program and the respondents that will evaluate the program. After developing the program, University of Rizal System Morong Computerized Faculty Performance Evaluation, the researchers conducted a test. The respondents were the selected students and professors, of University of Rizal System Morong, to determine the level of acceptability of the developed program in terms of accuracy, applicability, user-friendliness, workability, completeness, portability, modifiability and clarity. The study tested the null hypothesis that there is no significant difference on the level of acceptability of the developed program of University of Rizal System Morong Computerized Faculty Performance Evaluation was accurate, applicable, user-friendly, workability, complete, portable, modifiable, and clear. It also shows the information about evaluations and its important facts. It can also modified and edit by the programmers so they can update all the information that the evaluations will give them. Follow-up study to enhance the weaknesses and disadvantages of the system if ever there will occur. This study is recommended to the most generations of students who will conduct a University of Rizal System Morong Computerized Faculty Performance Evaluation System. Likewise this study can serve as a guide for their proposal.
