EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The study was conducted to develop and determine the level of acceptability of Dynamic Website of San Ildefonso de Toledo Parish Tanay Rizal. The researchers used descriptive and developmental methods of research and documentary analysis. Documents include the history of San Ildefonso de Toledo Parish since 1606. They used adopted questionnaire checklist to institute of engineering electronics evaluation (IEEE). Through the use of standard questionnaire checklist, it was proven that the Dynamic Website of San Ildefonso de Toledo Parish Tanay Rizal was effective, therefore, it is highly recommended to be adopted by the San Ildefonso de Toledo Parish Tanay Rizal. The study involved one hundred thirty five (135) respondents chosen purposively by the researchers, specifically fifteen (15) information technology experts, forty (40) San Ildefonso Parish Church Parishioners and eighty (80) people of Tanay. The results reveal that in general, both groups of respondents deemed the developed dynamic website verbally interpreted as strongly accepted. The general average mean 4.27 from the IT experts, 4.21 for the SIPC parishioners and 4.25 from the people of Tanay show their belief that the developed dynamic website will be very useful for the Parish of Tanay, Rizal and even to the other country that connected to the parish. To test the level of acceptability of the developed dynamic website weighted mean was used and to determine significant difference between the perceptions of the three (3) groups of respondents on the level of acceptability, one way ANOVA was used. the results show that there is no significant difference between the perceptions of the said groups of respondents on the level of acceptability in terms of accuracy, user-friendliness, workability, completeness, portability, modifiability and clarity. However in terms of applicability there is significant difference on the groups of respondents as perceived by the three groups of the respondents. The researchers recommend for monitoring the utilization of the said website so that the people here and abroad can have it direct access to it. And also follow-up study maybe conducted for the betterment of the dynamic website. The developed system would upgrade the evaluation in computer technology.
