EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The goal of the study is to know the problems encountered by the bachelor of technology major in hotel and restaurant management students and professionals of university of rizal system, morong campus in their national hospitality qualification nc II housekeeping. This study determined the problems encountered by bachelor of technology major in hotel and restaurant management students and professionals of university of rizal system, morong, campus in their national hospitality qualification nc II housekeeping. This study was undertaken at the university of rizal system, morong campus. The respondents of the study were the forty students and ten professionals. Weighted mean was used to determine the problems encountered by the bachelor of technology major in hotel and restaurant management students and professionals of university of rizal system in their national hospitality qualification nc II housekeeping. Questionnaire checklist was used to determine the significant difference the extent of problems encountered by the bachelor of technology major in hotel and restaurant management students and professionals of university of rizal system, morong campus in their national hospitality qualification nc II housekeeping with respect to facilities, tools equipment, financial aspect, attitude of assessor, behavior and attitude of the candidates, time management and skills and knowledge among the candidates. In terms of profile, most of the respondents are in the age bracket of sixteen to twenty years old, female, single and has a monthly family income of 5001 pesos to 10000 pesos. The general mean in different aspects with respect to facilities, tools and equipment, financial aspect, attitude of the assessor, attitude and behavior of candidates, time management, skills and knowledge among the candidates was interpreted as "fairly serious". On the extent of problems encountered by the bachelor of technology major in hotel and restaurant management students and professionals of university of rizal system in their national hospitality qualification nc II housekeeping in terms of age with respect to facilities, tools and equipment, attitude and behavior of candidates, time management, skills and knowledge among the candidates the null hypothesis was accepted.
