Dissertation note: Thesis Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Biological Sciences University of Rizal System-Morong. 2018 Summary: EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The need for a technology-based instructional material is wanting much as the need to satisfy the learners' craving for a technology-enhanced classroom environment. This research focused on developing a web-interfaced instructional material in biology that can be viewed without the need of internet connection which was made possible through a desktop publishing application storing reviewed information in biology. Contents included topics on organ system, ecosystem, heredity and evolution and biodiversity. The material contained 33 videos; 24 multimedia presentation and external links browsed with or without an internet connection. It had a total of 81 web pages including the 6 main pages with provisions of the vertical and horizontal navigation or browsing of pages. Upon evaluation of experts, the web-interfaced instructional material in biology left a very good impression of quality instructional material.
