Dissertation note: Thesis Bachelor of Elementary Education major in Content Courses University of Rizal System-Morong 2018 Summary: EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This study aimed to determine the common behavior problems encountered by the teachers and the level of effectiveness of the strategies in handling the common behavior problems among elementary learners in terms of home visitatio9n, reverse psychology, giving another task, awareness and counseling and behavior modification approach. This was conducted at Isaias tapales elementary school where a total of 56 elementary teachers served as respondents of the study. Descriptive method of research was used. It was found out that all the strategies are highly effective however among the strategies finding implies that awareness and counseling is the most highly effective used to address the common behavior problems. It is therefore recommended that an experimental descriptive research study be conducted to provide more basis for further explanation on the findings gathered.
