Dissertation note: Thesis Bachelor of Technology major in Electromechanical Technology University of Rizal System-Morong 2018 Summary: EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This study aimed to develop and electropneumatic wheel lifter and fitter. It attempted to design and construct and perform try-out and revision. Likewise, it aimed to determine the level of acceptability of the electropneumatic wheel lifter and fitter in terms of usefulness, durability and safety and maintenance. Lastly, it determined the level of performance of the electropneumatic wheel lifter and fitter in terms of lifting and fitting capability. The design and construction of the electropneumatic wheel lifter and fitter can be developed and constructed by utilizing locally available materials. Bill of materials and working drawing were prepared, preparing tools and material were used as basis and guide for constructing the project. Likewise, tools and equipment were also set up in building the said project. On try-out and revisions the device was tested for operation where different weakness were manifested. Through try-out and revisions of the project reached the functional output and attained project objectives. Defects were found like lifting stocked and push button switch not effective and some electrical malfunction. Immediately the researchers fixed the defects and made the operation normal. On the acceptability of the computed weighted mean of electropneumatic wheel lifter, it was verbally interpreted as extremely accepted respectively in terms of usefulness, the device merited a verbal interpretation of extremely useful, in terms of safety and maintenance the device obtained a verbal interpretation of extremely safe, in terms of durability the device got verbal interpretation of extremely durable. The grand mean is verbally interpreted as extremely accepted. The level of performance in terms of lifting capability the overall score in verbally interpreted as very effective. On the level of performance in terms of fitting capability the overall score is verbally interpreted as very fast.
