Dissertation note: Thesis Bachelor of Technology major in Hotel and Restaurant Management University of Rizal System-Morong 2018 Summary: EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This study aimed to determine the level of stress among third and fourth year students of bachelor of technology major in hotel and restaurant management in university of rizal system-morong campus. The study was conducted at university of rizal system, morong campus. The study used the descriptive method of research to determine the level of stress among third year and fourth year students of bachelor of technology major in hotel and restaurant management in university of rizal system - morong campus and test the significant differences on the perceptions of the respondents considering different stress factors as family, peer, teacher, emotional and social factor. The profile of the respondents as to age, gender, parent's educational attainment, monthly family income, and year level was also considered in this study. Based on the summary of findings, majority of the respondents are within the age of 18-20 years old. Majority are females and their parent's educational attainment is college graduate and college (undergraduate). In terms of monthly family income, the respondents have 15,001 php and above and they all came from third year and fourth year class of hotel and restaurant management. Stress-related factors as to peer and teacher always caused stress among third and fourth year students of bachelor of technology major in hotel and restaurant management in university of rizal system - morong campus. Likewise, family factor, emotional factor, and social factor, only caused stress to respondents the respondents sometimes. On the other hand, the level of stress among third and fourth year students of bachelor of technology major in hotel and restaurant management with respect to the different stress factors as to family, peer, teacher, emotional and social does not significantly differ in terms of age and gender. In the same manner, the peer factor, teacher factor, and emotional factor significantly differ in terms of parent's educational attainment and year level of the respondents. Moreover, with respect to the different stress factors as to peer, emotional and social, those significantly differ in terms of monthly family income.
