Dissertation note: Thesis Bachelor of Science in Psychology University of Rizal System-Morong 2019 Summary: EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This study aimed to determine between the self-esteem and the dimensions of aggression in bullying among the junior high school students. The subject of the study is composed of 100 respondents, who are aged 13 to 16 years old who are currently enrolled in lagundi caniogan calero lanang national high school year 2018-2019. Findings of the study showed that the respondents have low level of self-esteem. It also showed that the respondents have average level of aggression with respect to its four dimensions including physical aggression, verbal aggression, anger and hostility. However, their low self-esteem does not correlate with their average level of aggression. On the level of self-esteem of the respondents they feel that they do not have much to be proud of, they are a failure but they wish more respect to their self. On the extent of aggression in bullying physical aggression followed by anger and verbal aggression are sometimes committed by the respondents and seldom resulted to hostility. On significant relationship there is no significant relationship and the null hypothesis are accepted. As a general recommendations, students may train themselves to develop self-control to avoid aggressive behavior. Parents may discipline their children properly so that they may nurture them to become better persons. The school guidance counsellor may give orientations to the students to be aware of bullying. Guidance office may provide the students seminar that may enhance their self- esteem.
