EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This study determined the difficulties experienced by working students. This was conducted in university of rizal system morong campus during the school year 2018-2019. The study focused four (4) respondents who used to work domestic jobs while studying at university of rizal system morong campus. This study used qualitative descriptive method of research. A qualitative is primarily exploratory research. Qualitative data collection method was using unstructured or semi-structured techniques. The study used the need achievement theory developed by David McClelland. The (n-ach) person is 'achievement motivated' and therefore seeks achievement and attainment of realistic but challenging goals. It seeks how they manage their properly to achieve their set goals on their academics and in their work despite having two set of tasks and goals. Based on the findings, the difficulties experienced by the respondents are providing money for school expenses and for personal needs, handling exceptional child, home sick and employer's negative attitude. In terms of motivation, the common factors that motivate them are their family, friends and life status, while in time management they set schedules and plans to make those specific activities or work that is needed to be done. Lastly they manage their stress with the help of their support groups by talking with some friends, classmates and specifically their family, and mostly their relationship with god. All the respondents had a common goal that is to finish their studies and provide for their families in order to have a good and wealthy living. The study concluded that the working students were able to manage their time due to properly scheduled tasks. Also, they were able to manage their stress through the help of their support groups such as family, friends and classmates. In the lie of findings, it is recommended that the employers may consider setting activities that allow them to have an ample time for the socialization of their employees. The office of the student and development services of the school may conduct seminars and forums regarding the working students. Future researchers may explore deeper on the study related to the difficulties experienced by working students utilizing other variables.
